IMC // Woulfe

IMC // Woulfe

Clk_vested,

"With the offtake agreement, for example, how much is that up to Taegutek on its own, or how much IMC or does Taegutech have to decide and get IMC to approve; can IMC dictate to Taegutek, or do they need to get buy-in? I'm very curious about how IMC actually works."

Taegutek is directly owned by IMC 100% so what IMC says goes. IMC is built up of multiple companies in the tool and drill bit manufacturing industries requiring lots of steel, moly, and tungsten for their products. For IMC to back out would be illogical as Woulfe's Sangdong mine fits perfectly in line with the synergies of the corporate profiles. This is a game of hard ball where Woulfe and IMC are working hard with and somewhat against each other to get the best deal respectively.
