hey HeyIrish and Toot_Toot

hey HeyIrish and Toot_Toot

Looks like Toot_Toot mentioned the same thing as me..  Drill in the ground and results perhaps 1st quarter 2013.

Are you going to call him an idiot too?

I've been involved and still involved in the oil and gas industry.  I know how long it takes to acquire 2D/3D seismic.  I know how long it takes to process it and to interpret seismic.  I know all the issues that can go wrong and right with it.  I've been onsite for seismic acquistion.  Watching vibes making their way down highways, thumping, spending time in the doghouse with the Observer, checking field parameters, data quality, etc.  I have processed seismic data in the past.  All kinds of data from all over the world.  The worst were some areas where the sand/overburden was so thick; it was near impossible to get a decent signal.  Others like the Beaufort sea area that Petro-Canada and others were involved in with the thick permafrost and ice, had some horrible resolution and difficult to process and intrepret with reliability.  I have seen seismic in India and marine seismic from all over the world.  All over Canada too.  I  also remember seeing kimberlite pipes on some seismic sections before diamonds became big in Northern Alberta and upper Canada.  There was a small group of us that thought about driving up and staking claims.  It would have been cheap back then and we could have JV the claims to diamond companies exploring in the area.  Looking back.. not sure why we didn't!   Hindsight.

I can say with certainty, I know more about 2D and 3D seismic than most people on this board.
