the long term story

the long term story

Hi I'm new to POE.  I'm seeing huge cash, drilling sucess, but a long term chart that raises lots of questions.  Been looking through old news releases, trying to piece the story together.  If any long timers with this one are around, a would appreciate a summation of the ups and downs, strengths an weaknesses of management.  Thanks for any replies!
