Thanks Bigbab, I think we're in total agreement that as attractive as the asset is, the timing just isn't happening.  As you said, you could buy it on spec that a large entity will buy it out with the intention to develop and maybe double your money, but otherwise we're looking at either bankruptcy or huge dilution before we can ride the value up on an eventual rise in U prices.  I'll continue to follow this co, just wait and see.  Best wishes.
