Wilan GPC partnership

It's a sign of coming settlements for the ongoing litigations.

Wi-lan cleared up the dispute wtih Telus (24 April 2010). Less than 4 months later, wilan settled with UTStarcom(11 Aug. 2010) followed by the settlemnts with LG (wifi, 22 Dec. 2010, intel (Jan. 14 2011) and others..

It's a tactic not strategic play in my view.
