They slimmed down the costs of their Process Group and sold it in 2007 for $950 million or about 2 times net book.
As part of the deal, they spun out to Shareholders its Water Treatment and Pulp and Paper Groups.
Current sales are almost as large as the Process Group and now they have been the slimming this one down.
I would say that a sale will be done at some point.
