Analyst upgrade

TBE's shares were upgraded today by Salman from Buy to Top Pick. Would be interested to see their rationale in what prompted the upgrade as previously Salman had been extremely cautious (Have trended in the last year or so to issue the lowest price targets of the 11 analysts covering the issue) in their opinions on TBE.
