I think this means theres NO deals in the pipelines anytime soon and next stop is .02 cents.  If a real deal comes into play then we can see this back to .30 or more in a snap.  I said before Putland was dead, now maybe theres more on the plate.  For now you buy and hold, or sell and leave.
