That whole explanation confirms what most know. Canada stocks are a total joke, where a few institutions just play the entire hick TSX and crush retail investors at any point in time with no logic or regulations. PDS and that other flop TDG are a sorry excuse for drillers as they pretend to be drilling in the US also but shares tank every day.
