SUBJECT: Osisko (OSK-T) Incorrect Newswire Headline that Mining Stopped

Several French newswires/papers are reporting that Osisko halted operations at its mine. One headline says ‘Operations Suspended’. I checked with management – mining is still ongoing. The delay discussed in the news reports is to a large blast that Osisko wanted to do near the town edge that the ministry did not allow – Osisko demobilized 100 contractors while they come up with a different blasting plan. In the meantime mining continues at other parts of the pit and the mill is running. Apparently in the last few days they hit a new record throughput for the plant.
