Megcorp, you speek the same language as mine and Obama's.  We allow white collar robbers do their thing through 01, 01 was created for that sole purpose.  And yes, if an insider wants to trade his stock (sell or buy), he needs to make it public ahead of time.  It's proof that the stock market is for crooks and not a place for investment.

As for the millions echanging hands without affecting the sp, is because it's all orchestrated/pre-arranged between 2 parties.  Probably one who got his millions as a gift (almost free) and now willing to unload to the other who is willing to take on the reigns... new financing or other.
