The biggest thing holding BZA down is the fact they have almost 1/4 of a BILLION shares outstanding, and that's not even counting all the unexercised options out there. To put that into perspective, if the share price were to somehow rise to $1, the market cap would have to be $250,000,000! Realistic? Maybe, but we'd need Weimar conditions to make that happen.

That's why alot of these pennies invariably keep drifting lower and lower, their share structures are just too diluted. I won't be touching any equity with an oustanding share count of over 100 million, even that might be too risky.
