A great partner would be Prophecy Platinum. In particular their Wellgreen project:

Yukon Canada is a safe jurisdiction. They have excellent access via road and port and it is in the top5 of lowest cash cost projects. Nolan certainly can find some commodities that he likes to add to his basket. Copper, nickel, cobalt, platinum, palladium and even gold.
