Sorry to hear that Metal Boom and I completely understand your frustration. The thing that also is worrisome is that institution/insiders are 75% so they don't need our decision to vote they can do whatever they want.

In case of an LGO acquisition they will be the one determining the terms...I wonder in this case if it would be a small investors friendly transaction?
