RE: Chan Exercise Option at 0.07

Also, re: the exercising options back in August.  It's a positive sign that although the insider had the opportunity to sell those shares for an immediate 3-4x gain, they instead chose to keep hold of them.

This September, investors bought 25,000,000 at $0.20, and received warrants which can be exercised at $0.30 and $0.50.  Investors don't accept these warrants as part of a deal if they expect them to expire worthless.

Last September NBF bought 11,500,000 at $0.53.  Warrants were also issued at $0.63.

Last January investors bought 50,000,000 at $0.35 with warrants at $0.45 and $0.38.

None of these investors are planning to lose money.  Patience.
