RE: RE: Earnings announcement today....

Make no mistake aatwal Bates will try to squeeze out all the little guys by prolonging their agony; I'am sure from his behaviour so far, the way he treats the investors and by not publishing events on the ground, probably because he considers them "immaterial", the recent one is the resignation of  Casey, the departure of Mitsui from the board in the earlier days, his unguarded optimism about coal sales and so forth, all attest to the fact that he despises all the small investors who  "stole his company?" . The man is suffering from a Napoleonian syndrome and is determined to see this company through the storm come hell or high water. Hence his "poison pill" provision he passed in the company's constitution that any sale of the company will have to go through the board. I wish there was a hostile take over of the company and see how much control he has over the share holders. In any case it seems that all the sellers are out and the stock reached a capitulation point when 2M shares changed hands. The current low volume is a bullish sign because the shareholders are hanging on to their shares.
