What warrants management's granting themselves oveer 2 million "incentive" options?

What have they done for their shareholders (the true owners of the company)?

I have lost over 90% of my money based on their lpromising stories (my fault to believe them).

Did any shareholder vote FOR the granting of these dilutive options?

Shame on this company!
