RE: RE: Prodigy If you read the excerptbelow from the news release about the Prodigy getting taken over, the price was 54% over the 20 day moving average for Prodigy....
Now if someone was looking to buy GCU...and was waiting for the updated 43-101 to derisk the offer, wouldn't you work to keep the price low for the 20 day window before you made your offer....I would.
I have no knowledge about a potential takeover except that one day there will be an offer 50% above the previous days close...and then we wait and see what the company does and if there is a bidding war...
We are way under valued...
Pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement announced today, Prodigy shareholders will receive 0.1042 of an Argonaut Gold share and C$0.0001 in cash per Prodigy share, representing C$1.08 per share based on Argonaut Gold's 20-day volume-weighted average price ("VWAP") and a premium of 54% based on both companies' 20-day VWAPs as at October 12, 2012, the last trading day prior to this announcement.
PS. Sorry I havent had time to wade into the valuation thing....just to busy...
