Running the numbers

Running the numbers

I spent the morning running the numbers yet again, and going forward, there may be a possibilty that PLT can get into a sustainable dividend position.

Right now, all of the cash flow is going to pay the dividend, with borrowing covering the capex. That clearly is not sustainable. But, if NGLs can recover to the $80/bbl range, and nat gas can get to $5, they should be able to balance the funds going out with those coming in. But until that time, they will be running a deficit.

If anyone has done the numbers and has additional comments, feel free to fire away.

thanks.
