I think some of the recent share price action could be a due the fact the market believes a financing is coming. I took note of the line in the OCT 18th press release- they will need more cash soon 

Cash on Hand

Presently, the Company has a cash balance of approximately $2 million in addition to marketable securities of approximately $250,000.
