I suspect there was something wrong with the bloomberg report (as usual).

 

I don`t follow Celtic, but if I remember correctly they are expecting 2012 exit of 29,000 boe, ie, they must be fairly close to 29000 now, and certainly when this exchange takes place in a couple of months.

 

There is a spin off company which will hold about 3000  boe........meaning about 26,000 boe are being sold.

 

72 mmcf is 12,000 boe at todays 6:1 conversion..........add in 4k more, and we have 16,000boe.

 

If my memory is right, there`s 10,000 boe unaccounted for!

 

Nevertheless, at 26,000 boe for the celtic sale, it seems it would be equivalent to $22 ish per share for Long Run.

 

There`s a reason I`m invested here.
