RE: RE: RE: Sigh! Guide was 99% for. WFE was far less for.
Approx 7M against vs 37M for. Sprott and Cadent locked 22M shares for the deal, so 7M of 15M "other" votes were against. Many shares were unvoted, suggesting no understanding of the deal or their investment.
I will be looking for an exit point, along with many others. It is a shame that the prized Viking assets are now in the hands of an unskilled management team.
Look for Long Run to do a dilutive financing and make yet another gamble on their gas holdings.
Look for Cheerleader Eric Nuttal with his pompoms on BNN to hype Long Run. Lot's of hot air ... no substance.
Investors can hope for gas prices to increase in the short term (seasonal swing) but given the condensate rich projects for which gas is a by-product it is hard to see "strong" sustained gas prices. Good luck with the Long Run ... me I will just Run.
