I remember Scotia doing a 1.6 million share purchase about 3 weeks before VIV announced their big deal with Teva and the stock running to 0.14 and I thought what a lucky coincidence.  We'll have to see if that lucky coincidence happens again. 

This is my favoriite play and if they deliver on their vision will be an easy multi-bagger.   The sp is a slow mover most times but can jump in a hurry on news.
