The Facts

The Facts

AXI's stock price has declined 91% since inception in 2007.

AXI's stock price has declined 76% since from its run-up high in early 2011 when Gingerich and company lied to the market and implied the XinXing JV deal was done and that Roche Bay was "Fully Carried to Production." Don't believe AXI management and don't believe the dreamers on this board.

*

Notice how you never hear a thing from MurrayMac or Venman anymore? I wonder if they're the ones quietly selling at 15.5 cents.

*

$50 million wasted on Roche Bay, which the feasibility study has determined is a mediocre project. $10 million in debenture loans owed to XinXing, with no obvious means of payback. $1 million annual rent payments due to Roche Bay plc starting in 2013.

*

AXI management will keep issuing shares, of course, but everytime they do it becomes clearer and clearer to the market: XinXing isn't on board.
