again u have shown ur ignorance. I brought up agencies like the energy boards in direct response to ur reference of cnooc as a Trojan horse.  Now you take my reply and mix it in with cyber warfare.  Note the meaning of the word 'cyber', it doesn't require a physical entity like nexen to cyber attack another computer network.  Surely, if canada want to know what china is spying on, it would be easy for canada to spy on cnooc when the deal close? keep ur fren close and ur enemier closer.
