Yes, NineLives, I never really thought about it that way and it seems to me that you are correct given that those shares were kind of part and parcel of NIS selling its interests off to ANX.  There was a tie-in and the proceeds from the sale of the MOA shares...it could be argued...also belonged to the shareholders on the sale of the related assets tied to the ANX acquisition of the Pine Cove interest.  It may be rather complicated but I see what the argument could be.  Who would take the initiative and what is there left to collect from NIS/Wareham anyways?
