I posted here after listening to it that it was rather a short , lame presentation and it was if they were saying we won't be around much longer so why bother doing a huge dog and pony show.

i didn't expect they were going to do something like this. It seems so large , they have good production and great land holdings why not just sell, it would seem easier or do they think this will even make them more attractive down the road?
