Funny how someone on this board loves to go onto other boards and slam other stocks when delays occur.  I won't take that same road as I would not want to lower myself to such levels.  But it's very easy to put up a bunch of  reasons why it might be delayed.  Delays always happen in mining for some reason or another.  It could be a result of many things coming into play but nobody really knows.  All it does is creates delays and always a little bit of risk back into the stock.  It's human nature to always ask why the delay?  Keep in mind that many capital projects have been delayed or put on the back burner so large engineering companies in this field (i.e. Tetra) have let people go in the last couple of months...hence you have less staff still needing to deliver the work that is still progressing...just a thought...
