All of the junior energy stocks have been hammered. Turning RPL into a dividend stock is one way to get the value to the shareholders.

No one should buy a stock just because they think it might get bought out some day, as the odds are against it.

Buy a stock for the value it can provide, and a 10% dividend is pretty good value.
