3lectric, you should probably sell if you are uncomfortable with holding this company.  The company IS doing something about the bunkering- they are building a new pipeline, and putting it underground.  It's going to take a few quarters, but it will be done.  If you can't wait, you should probably sell.  There are plenty of people here that will gladly buy your shares.
