I for one think THE most important fact in the whole news release is the fact that the data room is actually now open. This was one of the last steps needed to truly go looking for a JV partner and be able to provide a majority of the information they require before they go investing  tens of millions of dollars.

As I have been saying for some time if you simply use common sense we're now at the satge where we can actively pursue a JV with a real chance of securing one.

For the most part my predicted timeline has been fairly accurate so if this continues to hold true then I think we potentially see a JV in December some time.

Time will tell???!!!
