What about Meadowbank, Tahera Diamonds and every other mine that's been through the Nunavut Impact Review Board process? You don't have an explanation for why EVERY mine that's been through the Nunavut Impact Review Board permitting has experienced a 3.75 to 5 year process from initial registration to granting of the project certificate. Every single project.
