I think less praying would be required if insiders would step up to the plate even more than they already have and increase their combined ownership stake in Gran Colombia to well over 10%. In addition to management being competent and having a track record, it would inspire a lot more confidence that management and shareholders interests are aligned if they were to also have enough skin in the game. And since a few of the insiders such as Serafino have considerable wealth, I don't think a combined 10-15% insider ownership stake in GCM is an unreasonable expectation.
