Mark's compensation involved cash plus about 12 million in shares. Severance listed as $349,550.

 

Still wondering how the processing division gets valued at $8 million and that's fair market value calculated by an independent appraiser. Nothing shows up in the filed court documents although this is a significant asset. A person would think that if it's really worth $8 million, it would be mentioned more often, and would give shareholders some hope of getting some return money back.

 

Even if it's worth something, will anyone be interested? or a low ball offer at best.

 

Already estimated, that at least $7 million is available probaby from any tax loss sale. I assume Futura needs about $11 million to pay everyone. That's a lot of money.
