ASC..the hearing was adjourned earlier....I think that may mean they have to go back over the paperwork and other material ..I guess there was some objection or clarification that the lawyers wanted to have addressed first before they have the hearing....I bet there are a lots of high powered lawyers involved in this ...it must be a very expensive process..for everyone..?

I don't think it was ever delayed, just on going every day at 9:00 AM & now these priced lawers that Shimoon will pay ?? will want to drag on & on ??
tells me he is fighting pretty hard and the legal costs are goingthrough the roof.If guilty In the end he will have to pay for both his costs and the ASC costs.
