I own this name, and have for a while.   Looks like a good deal.  

But all deals have their risks, and it seems to me that  the margins on the new business aren't as good as the Canadian ones.   With risk comes opportunity, and I suppose if Glentel can make even some tiny improvements on the US side, this will be a great deal.
