RE: dilution with convertion

RE: dilution with convertion

$25M / $3.5 = 7.2M shares.  Of course, conversion doesn't become attractive to the lender until moving average > $3.5 x 1.08 = $3.78.  My guess is, some of those shares might convert as SP approaches $4, providing a clear advantage for conversion, and generating some resistance at that price point.  Thye strength of resistance will depend on fundamentals and catalysts as we approach $4.  We also have warrants on the books worth $4.50.
