valuing PTA

As of December 2, 2012 the PTA's  total working interest production was 3,546 bopd or 3,255 bopd net after royalty.

Both Petromagdalena and Petrolifera were aquired for $60,000/boepd while C&C Energia was aquired 2 weeks ago for

$45,000/boepd.

In case of a takeover would PetroAmerica also be valued at $60,000/bopd  ?

Shares outstanding(578 million) * share price(x) = market cap ( $60,000 * 3255/bopd)

578,331,000 * (x)= $ 195,300,000

x = $0.3376/share

So PTA @ an output of 3255/bopd is valued @ approx. $0.34/share

If production hits 6000/bopd then shares valued @ $0.62 ?

ciao vito
