Sorry for the double post guys. Got distracted at work and did not realize that I had sent the message. 

Does anyone have an idea of what % Bendon and Badr are down to as far as ownership.  I am guessing that OLE will have close to 50% of the project when all is said and done. 

Using a 47% ownership stake along with 150.6 fully diluted shares and a conservative $450 million deal yields exactly $1.40 per share.  Remember that management has almost 5 million stock options at $1.30 so anything under that would eliminate those worthless shares.
