I would say it's about time to get the existing pipeline fixed and pumping oil, with an annoucement regarding same.  Unbelievable that we have basically been out of business for over a month, and the stock has only marginally drifted down.  Can you imagine any other company shutting down its operations for a month without their stock cratering?
