Sorry to burst the bubble, but this loan guarantee is not for AXI, it's for another of XinXing's many subsidiaries around the world involved in the steel and pipe businesses. Go to the XinXing website and read some Chinese. Stop fantasizing about nonsense.

If AXI was about to guarantee a $1.6 billion in loans to build Roche Bay wouldn't it make sense for them to sign a formal, legal Joint Venture agreement first? That's the first baby step.
