If you are negotiating the potential sale of a company are you

A) going to come out with a self imposed timeline and say my goal is to have the company sold before a certain time (spring)

or

B) say that we are in no hurry and will continue to add more ounces to the property over the next year.

Basic Negotations 101 says option B is the way to go.
