As an addendum to earlier comments. Calfrac started 2012 at over $28/share and

inspite of a tough year for the sector, out performed peers. CFW not only raised its

dividend from .10 semi annually, it also announced share buyback of nearly 10%

of its 33MM float.  The unprecedented 500% dividend increase, along with insider

stock purchases demonstrate how bullish insiders are for the future prospects of

Calfrac. By moving the dividend forward from January 2013, to December 2012

Calfrac is giving every shareholder an additional bonus. Especially US investors

who are facing higher dividend tax rates in the coming year.
