....who knows if everything is legal here. I just see that SHI does some money since a while - maybe not much bot nevertheless -  but does not spend it for shareholder value. So, where is this money going to ?! We can be sure.....management does not intent to suffer. If there is money...directors want money !

I believe SHI is a dirty game.
