RE: Gary must go - Damian

RE: Gary must go - Damian

Hi Damian,

.

while I have no ability to 100% confirm what Mike and Scott are, or are not, selling it is NOT very likely that their selling carries primary responsibility for where the current share price is.

1st - the selling that really got the share price down here occurred before Mike and Scott were no longer with the company,

2nd - even Mike and Scott don't have a cost base where that suggestion makes sense - pretty much ALL of the really cheap shares were dsitributed as part of the Relaince deal and were given to players involved on the Reliance side of the equation NOT the GL side

3rd - I have spoken to multiple shareholders who have been talking about tax loss selling, so even the last few hundred thousand shares are not likely primarily Mike and Scott.

4th - Mike and Scott are very large shareholders and have far more to gain by seeing this get moving, than they do in selling here and neither have the kind of money where they would take this massive a haircut just to spite Gary.

.

I am not suggesting that they couldn't have sold anything, but it is HIGHLY unlikely that the selling they may have done is sufficient or correctly timed to be blamed for the SP drop to the sub $.15 range.

.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
