I can see why you would think its Lunacy or stupidity because its not a space you are familiar with. I turned $50,000 into a million (i am not trying to brag) just sayin its a space i am familiar with. A space with lots of ups and downs not to mention risk. You my friend do not even have a starting point. You are very smart in some ways but not very when it comes to having a plan to get to a goal. The best advice i can give you is to at least have a starting point. A road map. The way to a million big ones. Just sit down and actually think of a real way you can get to your goal. Say to yourself, one way to get to a million bucks is to put $170,000 in gold and buy 100 ounces at $1700 and when gold trades at $10,000 an ounce, i have a million bucks. Thats a way to a million bucks. Will that happen, ever? HVAC who thinks everything sucks. Another way is to buy a million shares of AXI at .17 cents or .35 cents or whatever price you want and when it trades at a buck you have a million bucks. Again thats just another way. Will that happen, ever? You do not even have a way a starting point to get to a goal, and you call us stupid?  HVAC thinking everything Sucks, would make you the best vacuum saleman in the world and for sure your way to making a million, i think.
