Since Petrobakken bought a little while back, it put ARN into play as a takeover candidate.  Obviously CPG saw value at $5 so now the question is will they let this asset go at this cheap price or are they going to fight Petrobakken for it.  Petrobakken got in at .89 so I bet the people at CPG are p-ssed about this.  I know that the debt is high but it is the reserves that they want.
