Who says 'buy & hold' is a bad strategy?!?

I'm guessing some small cap mutual fund managers are pushing it up . I think that once a stock crosses the $2 mark and stays above it for a while, they are allowed to start accumulating.

Dividend? Maybe in a year or 2.
