"amid issuing contrary and  faulty wrong way opinions" - What on earth is this?  You're blaming analysts for short term price action when you yourself agree with their analysis!  iaminvestor has the right attitude here.  Enjoy the divi and don't expect instant gratification.  7% with solid financials, fundamental undervaluation (your judgement, I haven't studied up enough to say) is a hell of an investment.  You need to get away from the ticker, bshort92.
