Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, which is engaged in developing products to treat brain health disorders. MM-120 is also being studied in a subperceptual repeat administration dosing regimen for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). MM-402, also referred to as R(-)-MDMA, is the Company's form of the R-enantiomer of 3,4-methylenedioxymethampheta (MDMA), which the Company is developing for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

[S] In past posts I have (wrongfully) refferred to the Feb 20, 2013 WTS at a strike of $1.50 (was the Oct 19, 2012 WTS).

You are correct in that the $1.008 strike for 6 709 028 shares for proceeds of $6 834 462 to the BRD treasury. (As seen pg 27 of the October PP presentation).
